Is the Bibbat & Babbat website safe to make purchases on?

Yes, the Bibbat & Babbat website uses an SSL certificate with 128bit encryption to safely receive your details in the account maintenance and shopping cart pages.  The SSL certificate encrypts all of the information you insert in the accounts and cart pages and is therefore safe and secure from hackers. You will notice a padlock icon on the bottom taskbar in Internet Explorer, or in the Browser input bar on Safari or the blue field next to the input bar on Mozilla Firefox. For the actual payment processing, this site uses PayPal which has it's own security encryption and is trusted by millions of users around the world.

Can I pay via any other method?

Bibbat & Babbat Toys does accept payments via direct deposit. If you prefer to use this method of payment Please make your request in the comment box provided in the final stage of placing your order via shopping cart.

Can I place orders outside of the website?

You are more than welcome to contact Shana via email or phone to place your order. Please note if placing a phone order we may still request you email your details for the sake of clarity.

How can I view my orders?

You can view your orders by logging in using the account username and password you selected when you registered. The login form can be found on the left hand side of the website on all pages. Once logged in click on ''Account Maintenance'' that appears in the login box. You will see any of your orders under ''Order Information''.

How can I change my contact details?

Login to the website and click on ''Account Maintenance''  that will appear in the login box. Click on "Account information'' to edit your details.

When will I receive my purchase?

Bibbat & Babbat Wooden Toys endevours to process your order with 24 hours of receipt. We then use Australia Post to ship your order. Postage times depend on the Australia Post Schedule.

How can I register with the Bibbat & Babbat website?

When you add items to the shopping cart and go through the purchasing process you will automatically be asked to create an account.

Is my personal information used for anything?

Bibbat & Babbat Toys respects your privacy. We do not ever supply any of your information to any third parties, nor do we use it for any marketing purposes. We only use your information to contact you about your orders.

Can I receive news about any sales or special offers Bibbat & Babbat might have?

Yes, we will be sending out an E-Newsletter when we have sales on. To receive this please add your email address to the Newsetter box on the left of every page and press "Join". We will only send you newsletters from Bibbat & Babbat Wooden Toys.

What is your RETURS POLICY?

YOUR SATIFACTION IS OF PRIMARY IMPORTANCE TO US!                                                                                                                 If your purchase is damaged or is not what you expected, please don't hesitate to contact us for a full refund of the price of the product. Please contact us first before returning your item  The following conditions apply:

• Refunds can only be given for the product price, not the amount paid for postage.
• The cost of the return postage is the customer's responsibility.
• The items must be returned in their entirety and in original condition within 14 days of receipt.
• This offer excludes items on special.

Refunds will only be issued to your Paypal or bank account. Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to be processed once we have received your return items.

Bibbat & Babbat Toys is not responsible for any merchandise lost via return post.

Can I Cancell My Order
You may cancel any item from your toy order or your entire order, provided it has not been dispatched. Please email us if you wish to cancel or alter your order. If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel it, you can return your items to us once you have received them. Please see above for further details.

What is your Postage Policy

Once an item is posted, Bibbat  & Babbat Toys takes no responsibility for the service quality of Australia Post,  for  items that are sent without Tracking numbers ie: not posted via Express Post.
