Can I pay via any other method? Bibbat & Babbat Toys does accept payments via direct deposit. You are more than welcome to contact Shana via email or phone to place your order. Please note if placing a phone order we may still request you email your details for the sake of clarity. How can I view my orders? You can view your orders by logging in using the account username and password you selected when you registered. You will see any of your orders under ''Order Information''. How can I change my contact details? Login to the website and click on ''Account Maintenance'' that will appear in the login box. Click on "Account information'' to edit your details. When will I receive my purchase? Bibbat & Babbat Wooden Toys endevours to process your order with 24 hours of receipt. We then use Australia Post to ship your order. Postage times depend on the Australia Post Schedule. How can I register with the Bibbat & Babbat website? When you add items to the shopping cart and go through the purchasing process you will automatically be asked to create an account. Is my personal information used for anything? Bibbat & Babbat Toys respects your privacy. We do not ever supply any of your information to any third parties, nor do we use it for any marketing purposes.
